Being investigated for a crime is just the first step of a long, hard process which will be frustrating and confusing.  No one charged with a crime ever should feel the need to prove their own innocence.  It is a fundamental truth that all people are innocent until proven guilty by the government in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.

At times facing a criminal charge is simply a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, a result of wrongful identification, or a false report to police.  Sometimes, too, being charged with a criminal offense is a symptom of larger underlying problems with which the client and his or her family struggle on a daily basis. It is our experience that focusing on the big picture while maintaining the strictest confidentiality and discretion helps to obtain the best possible results in court and in the lives of our clients and their families.
