Jonathan A. Mullen
Jonathan was born and raised in the Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area of Virginia. He currently resides in Bluffton with his wife, daughter and son. As an assistant town attorney for the Town of Bluffton, SC, Jonathan represents the Town on a variety of matters including contract negotiations, development and annexation issues, various real estate related matters and Town ordinance/rules drafting and interpretation. Jonathan devotes a small portion of his practice to the preparation of some basic wills and estate planning documents for his clients. In addition to the preparation of general durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, HIPPA authorization forms and living wills, Jonathan assists in the probate section of the law practice, aiding clients in the probating of estates in South Carolina.
