Arthur Andrews
Arthur was born and raised in Catskill, New York. After graduating from Albany Law School, he practiced law and served as Managing Director of Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews, P.C., in Poughkeepsie, NY. He has practiced law on Hilton Head Island since moving to the area in 1998 and has been associated with the firm of Finger & Fraser, P.A., and its predecessors since that time. After serving as a partner in the firm until 2004, Arthur took a leave of absence to take the position of Chief Operating Officer with the International Junior Golf Tour and Academy situated on Hilton Head Island. Arthur has returned to the firm to serve in an Of Counsel basis since July, 2009.
